AdjEM is the master rating — a team's projected point margin per 100 possessions against an average Division-I opponent on a neutral floor. It's the difference between AdjO (adjusted offense: points scored per 100 poss) and AdjD (adjusted defense: points allowed per 100 poss), each adjusted for the strength of every opponent faced. Tempo is possessions per 40 minutes. Everything here is a historical fit of how teams actually played this season — not a betting-market projection.
